Do my teachers need accounts of their own?

Yes, and that is the good part — invite them from the Teachers menu, and each one signs in with a mobile number plus a PIN on their own phone. They only see their schedule and their own classes' attendance; invoices, amounts, and students from other classes stay closed. Attendance is filled in by the teacher from a phone in the classroom, and the moment it is saved it has already deducted the students' packs and is readable by parents. Nobody has to copy a paper register over at the weekend. A teacher's access boundary is enforced in the data layer, not hidden in the interface. A class that is not theirs will not appear even if the address is guessed — and that is what makes inviting a part-time teacher safe.

Can teachers see students' invoices and amounts?

No. The Teachers Portal is deliberately narrow: their own teaching schedule, attendance for the classes they teach, and report cards for those students. Invoices, amounts, balances, and other classes' students are not there. That boundary is enforced in the data layer rather than hidden from a menu, so a class that is not theirs does not appear even if its address is guessed. Money stays in the tenant panel. Report cards are the only thing teachers write besides attendance, and even their shape is fixed by the school: the aspects assessed are set per program, and teachers fill in the marks and their notes. A published report card is announced to parents through the message channels.

A teacher forgot to mark attendance yesterday — can they catch up from their phone?

Accepted Answer

No. Attendance in the Teachers Portal is locked outside the session's own day, and the screen says why — the session has not started, or the day has passed. Catching up goes through an admin, who may correct attendance at any time. That lock is not an oversight waiting to be fixed: attendance deducts a student's pack, so presence marked days later changes money with nobody checking. A substitute teacher gets the same right as the original teacher for that day. In exchange, teachers have a formal route: report that they cannot attend before the session, withdraw that report while it is still undecided, and receive the admin's decision on their phone. Their own teaching history stays open to them at any time.

Can teachers write report cards from their phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The aspects assessed are set by the school per program, so every teacher assesses the same things; the teacher fills in the marks, the level, and the notes, then publishes the report card. A published report card is announced to parents through the message channels and read in the Parents Portal as a page, not a file to download first. Admins can still correct it or pull it back if something is wrong. A report card stores a copy of the assessment aspects in force when it was filled in. So a school may change a program's aspects next year without disturbing this year's cards — the archive keeps explaining what was actually assessed.

My teacher works across several classes and branches — is one account enough?

One is enough. Their portal shows every session they teach, from any class or branch in your school, in time order. What they do not teach still does not appear. Because availability is judged on the person, a schedule that would have them teaching in two places at the same hour is refused when saved — including when the two classes sit at different branches. One teacher = one identity is also what keeps their teaching history whole: moving branches or picking up another class never creates a second account whose history starts halfway through.

Can a teacher see their own teaching history?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time: past sessions with the attendance they filled in, including sessions that were canceled or taught by a substitute. What has passed is not hidden from their screen. For what is ahead, the portal shows the nearest sessions first — and a session already called off no longer appears there, so a teacher does not travel to a class that is not happening. That history also answers the school's questions about teaching hours without a separate signature sheet — and because its source is the same attendance that deducts student packs, the figures cannot differ from the class records.

A teacher leaves — what happens to their account and their data?

Accepted Answer

Their access is deactivated from the tenant panel, and from then on they cannot sign in. What they produced stays with the school: the attendance they filled in, the report cards they published, and their session history. The classes they leave behind are handed to another teacher, and future sessions follow the new one. Past sessions keep naming the teacher who actually taught them. Revoking access and erasing a trail are two different things, and Klasku only does the first. An attendance history that has lost its author makes every later correction impossible to explain to a parent.
