Can teachers write report cards from their phone?

Yes. The aspects assessed are set by the school per program, so every teacher assesses the same things; the teacher fills in the marks, the level, and the notes, then publishes the report card.

A published report card is announced to parents through the message channels and read in the Parents Portal as a page, not a file to download first. Admins can still correct it or pull it back if something is wrong.
