How do parents actually pay?

From the Parents Portal: open the invoice, tap pay, and the payment link leads to a licensed gateway with channels such as QRIS and virtual accounts. A successful payment turns the invoice paid by itself.

One payment attempt is valid for 60 minutes; after that the link expires and a new one is simply created. Cash or a direct transfer to the school can still be recorded by staff, including a partial payment — the invoice then sits as partly paid until the rest arrives.
