From signing up to your first student, including moving the records still sitting in a spreadsheet.
It works, through CSV. From Excel: File → Save As → CSV UTF-8, then upload — Klasku detects the column separator and the header row by itself. .xlsx files are turned down on purpose, because Excel alters data as it saves: the leading zero of a phone number disappears and dates become numbers. Only valid rows are written; rows with a problem come back with a reason so you can fix them.

Fix only those rows and upload again — students already imported are not duplicated, because the same student is recognized from their name and number.
Read the full answer →Not automatically. What the CSV import brings in is students and their families; the invoice history of previous years stays in your old records, and that is usually the practical choice — old bookkeeping does not need rebuilding for you to start invoicing next month.
Read the full answer →Branches are created from the tenant panel, and from then on students, classes, staff, schedules, and invoices belong to a branch of their own. The Basic plan is built for a single branch; a school with several branches uses the Pro plan.

Read the full answer →Two things: each student's remaining sessions, and the invoice issue date. A student with meetings left is given a credit pack the size of that balance, so attendance starts deducting from the right number. A student on a monthly subscription is simply placed into a class with a monthly pack.
