From the users menu in the tenant panel: invite the person, pick their role, and restrict them to a branch if needed. Staff sign in with their own email and password, rather than sharing the owner's account. The number of staff seats follows your plan, and extra seats can be bought without moving up a plan. Teachers do not take a staff seat: they are invited from the Teachers menu and sign in to the Teachers Portal with a mobile number plus a PIN. A shared account passed around is the fastest way to lose track of who changed what. So Klasku separates the person from the role: revoking a staff member's rights does not erase their work, and a recorded payment still names who recorded it.
