What data do I need to prepare before starting?

Three things are enough to run: the student's name, the parent's mobile number, and the class the student belongs to. The rest — date of birth, address, nickname, notes — can be completed later without redoing anything.

On the school's side, what has to be decided first is the list of branches, the list of programs, and the classes with their schedule patterns. The decisive choice is not the data but the payment model of each class: recurring monthly, a credit pack paid up front, or a course with a fixed number of sessions.
