My system runs on credit packs or quotas, not monthly tuition — can it work?

That is exactly our specialty. Pick a credit pack or a monthly quota per class, and for a course whose number of sessions is already fixed, pick fixed-session classes. Attendance deducts a session automatically, the balance and validity window count themselves down, and parents can check the sessions they have left from their own phone.

A credit pack may have no expiry at all — an eight-session course paid up front will not expire before the class even runs. A monthly pack works the other way around: the quota belongs to the current period and does not roll over into the next one.
