Can I see which messages have been sent?

Yes. The school's message history records every message with its recipient, its type, the channel actually used, and its state. Failed messages state their reason, so the list doubles as a work list.

Failed messages can be resent from that screen, one at a time or in bulk. A multi-branch school can filter the history per branch, so branch staff read their own queue.
