Will my admin staff need special training?

No. The screens follow the daily work of a course-school admin — adding students, placing them into classes, marking attendance, issuing invoices — so what you learn is the flow, not the system's vocabulary. If setup stalls, our team helps over WhatsApp.

Teachers need no training session either: you invite them from the Teachers menu, they sign in with a mobile number plus a 6-digit PIN from their own phone, and all that opens there is their schedule and their classes' attendance.
